The Elephant in the Boardroom: Why your DEI strategy is falling apart and how to come up with a stable foundation through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The hype has faded. The rainbow corporate logos have disappeared. What is left? As the initial wave of global DEI awareness settles, organizations are asking a vital question: how do we move from well-meaning policies to deeply embedded, everyday practices? How do we ensure that inclusion becomes a natural part of our business strategy, rather than just a separate initiative?
You will explore these questions through curiosity and creativity using the globally recognized LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) methodology. This session isn’t about sitting through another lecture - it’s about thinking with your hands.
Together, in under an hour, we will:
  • Visualize the Invisible: Transform abstract concepts like "belonging" and "equity" into tangible 3D models we can see, share, and discuss.
  • Breaking Barriers: How to bypass communication silos and unconscious biases that hold teams back.
  • Radical Safety: How to create an environment where the voice of the quietest introvert carries the exact same weight as the loudest executive.

Through different eyes: Do you see the person — or the story you’ve created about them?

Just 100 milliseconds is enough for your brain to form an impression of a stranger’s trustworthiness, competence, or likeability — before they say a single word.
In this workshop, you’ll experience firsthand just how quickly and subtly we create stories about the people around us, and how easily we then mistake those stories for facts. You’ll take part in a series of experiments using photographs, drawing, animal cards, and coaching cards, giving you a glimpse into just how much your brain can fill in from a minimum amount of information.
No theorizing. Just experiences that will make you question your own snap judgments. And perhaps the most interesting thing you’ll take away won’t be an insight about other people, but about yourself.
