Between Four Eyes
Equal Pay Consultation spot
Equal Pay Expert Team | Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
You probably have noticed the trend towards closing the gender pay gap and the new EU legislation on pay transparency. What it means for you, what to prepare for, what you can do now and how it will benefit you, what is a hoax and why not to worry - you can ask the Equal Pay expert team from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs directly at the 1on1 consultation spot. Your questions will be "between 4 eyes", no need to worry, no question is wrong and the depth to which you want to discuss your particular example is up to you.

Childcare Solutions in the Workplace
The workshop will introduce innovative solutions how companies can effectively support employee-parents. This session will explore various tools and strategies for providing childcare within the workplace, including on-site childcare facilities, children's corners, employee childcare groups, and company-sponsored camps. We will also present examples of best practices from companies that have successfully implemented these programs, highlighting the benefits for both employees and employers.

Self-care and self-regulation for DEI activists - practical workshop
Jana Kyriakou | CEO of SEMwell, wellbeing expert, yoga and mindfulness teacher
Strong emotions and fatigue naturally arise during the mission to create more inclusive workplaces. Come and get inspired on how to find calm and grounding in difficult conversations, how to proactively build personal resilience, and prevent burnout. We will offer and try simple evidence-based practices together, which are based on mindfulness and positive psychology. We will also discuss concrete situations from the workplace and how to respond to them with calmness and a clear mind.

14:00 - 14:50
Hacking human behavior through the power of habits
Barbara Wawrzynek | Diversity Hub Expert on Wellbeing & Culture. Head of External Communications
Approximately 40% of our behaviour consists of habits. The way we think, act and make decisions. This is true in all areas, including behaviors (in the workplace) that support a DEI culture. You will learn what factors influence behavior change, and which of these are key to forming habits. You will learn a neuroscience-based formula for habit formation. You will identify habits that are important to you and your organization and learn how to increase the potential of the habit in the desired behavior.

Bridging the Divide
Join us for this interactive, fun workshop where we will explore topics of gender (and other) differences, stereotypes, unconscious bias and status.
We will work on increasing awareness of these issues as the first step towards addressing them. Through improv games and experiential learning, we will improve our ability to actively listen, collaborate with others, be more open to new ideas and perspectives, and deal with change and uncertainty.

I would like to thank the organizers for their efforts and professionalism that made the DEI Forum very beneficial for my professional and personal life and I am very much looking forward to this year's edition. • Jarek Kotal

Great and inspiring conference - full of interesting guests, good energy, excellent discussions. There are plenty of conferences where you get an invitation, but you really can't go wrong with this event. The time spent at the conference makes up for the value added from it. I keep D&I Shapers fingers crossed so the second year is also the TOP!
  • Gabriela Labíková
CZ&SK CSR Senior Coordinator at Deloitte
I would like to thank for the opportunity to participate in the DEI Forum, which was not only inspiring, but in many moments breathtaking. I came to it full of expectations and I was leaving with strong believe that there is no need to wait and delay my dreams any longer - it's time to invest my energy into making them a reality.
