What will happen to the data from the contact form

OPIM z.s, 28. Pluku 128/12, Prague 10, 101 00, ID No.: 26540088, hereinafter referred to as the controller, processes the following personal data for your request for services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation):
  • name and surname
  • email address
  • IP address
  • telephone number


In order to create an offer of services, we need to process your name, surname, email address and telephone number, either to discuss the offer or to respond to an enquiry. This is made possible by the provision of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by Tilda Publishing for the duration of the contract negotiations between you and Tilda Publishing, for a maximum of one year after the enquiry has been made, unless you give your consent to further processing. The IP address is tracked for system security reasons, not for marketing purposes.


Under the Regulation you have the right to:
  • Request information about what (your) personal data I process,
  • request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • request access to this data and have the relevant data updated or corrected,
  • request that we delete your personal data - deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
  • if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations, you can contact us or the Data Protection Authority.

Consent to the processing of data for signing up to the mailing list

OPIM z.s, 28. Pluku 128/12, Prague 10, 101 00, ID No.: 26540088, processes the following personal data for the purpose of sending notifications of new articles and episodes by e-mail within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") ,:

In order to send out informational emails - mailings, i.e. sending information about newly published blog articles and podcast episodes - we need to process your email address. This is allowed by Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by Tilda Publishing for as long as the consent to receive mailings between you and Tilda Publishing is given, for a maximum of three years from the date of subscription or from the last extended consent.


Upon registration, you may be sent information about new content, i.e. a podcast episode or a new blog article, no more than once a week. At any time, you have the right to immediately unsubscribe and request removal from the newsletter database or write us at info@opim.cz


The processing of personal data is carried out by OPIM z.s, 28. Pluku 128/12, Prague 10, 101 00, ID No.: 26540088, at the same time the data is transferred to third countries: for the processing of your personal data we use the e-mailing services of The Rocket Science Group, LLC (brand MailChimp). This company is located in the United States of America, and is registered in the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield. Further information is available at https://www.privacyshield.gov. According to the European Commission's adequacy decision in relation to this shield under Article 45(9) GDPR, this transfer of personal data does not require a specific authorisation.


Based on the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
  • Request information about what (your) personal data I process.
  • request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data.
  • request access to this data and have the relevant data updated or corrected.
  • request that I erase personal data for which there is no legitimate interest.
  • request to be unsubscribed from receiving newsletters and service offers from me.
  • if you have any doubts about our compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us or the Data Protection Authority.
