OPIM

Living Library

An authentic encounter in small groups with someone (a "Book") who has a powerful story and the courage to share it.
  • This unconventional workshop is like a good cup of coffee on a Monday morning – it opens your eyes and your mind.
  • It helps you understand both yourself and others.
  • During the workshop the biases struggle to keep pace with reality.
  • It opens the door to real dialogue and closes the door to pretending.
  • An ideal way to gently introduce the topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion – without triggering a corporate revolution.
  • Perfect for those who think they've heard it all… and are now ready for something truly different. Or for those who believe they have no biases at all.
